HOTEL INFORMATION
The organizing secretariat has reserved a sufficient number of hotel rooms in 4*and 3* hotels at competitive rates. A service shuttle bus will provide transportation between all of the hotels listed below and the conference centre.
Please note that October is absolute peak season in Taormina and therefore early hotel booking is highly recommended!
RESERVATION
To reserve your room, please complete the online registration and hotel form. The reservation will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis. The organising secretariat, will try to meet all your accommodation requests. However, we reserve the right to make your hotel reservation at the best available alternative should your preferred hotel category be fully booked. The hotel reservation deadline is June 15, 2011. After this date, room availability cannot be guaranteed.

In order to guarantee your reservation is required a payment of a one-night deposit.

Very important: any transfer costs are in charge of the orderer. Remember to send a copy of transfer receipt at the organizing secretariat
By credit card (VISA-Mastercard-Eurocard-Carta SI) are also accepted with an additional 4% Bank fee. Please indicate the credit card number and expiration date in the appropriate space on the registration and hotel accommodation form.
The organising secretariat will make the hotel reservation only after receipt of the deposit. Upon checkout, the deposit paid will be deducted from your hotel bill. Payment after the congress is not possible. The official invoice will be issued by the hotel upon checkout.
CONFIRMATION
After receipt of your reservation form and hotel deposit of one night’s stay, you will receive a confirmation (voucher) of your hotel reservation by e-mail including the name and address of your hotel.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
- Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat.
- In case of no show, the hotel will not refund the deposit and the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
- Your guaranteed reservation is only for the date of arrival. If you fail to notify the organizing secretariat that you are arriving on a different day, you will lose your room and deposit.
- Cancellations will be accepted until June 30,2011 with a refund of 100% of the one night’s deposit (less € 20,00 of agency fee and administrative charge).
- No refunds will be made for cancellations received after June 30, 2011.
- All approved refunds will be processed 60 days after the Meeting.
