The registration fee does not include the insurance of participants against personal accidents, sickness, theft or property damage.

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat.
Cancellation prior to June 30, 2011 - 100% REFUND (less administrative charge)
Cancellation after June 30, 2011 - NO REFUND
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.
