PROGRAM
The Meeting will begin on Sunday 2th at 5.00 p.m. at the 7.00 p.m. and will end on Friday 7th at 1.00 p.m.

Oral Communications
Oral Communications will be scheduled for about 20-25 minutes (including discussion).
Technical important notes:
Please create your presentation as power point file and hand in your memory stick or CD at Multimedia Slide centre;
Speakers with their presentations on personal laptop (unreccomanded) are kindly requested to go to the Multimedia Slide centre;
We kindly recommended speakers to contact the Multimedia Slide centre the day before their presentation.

Poster Presentations
The poster board will be 100 cm (39,4 inches) wide and 140 cm (56,2 inches) high.
