Centro Organizzazione Congressi has reserved a sufficient number of hotel rooms in 4*and 3* hotels.
The hotel reservation deadline is June 15th 2017, after this date, room availability cannot be guaranteed.
Reservations will be processed on a “first come, first-served” basis but if the hotel selected is not available, the room will be reserved in another hotel.
Due to heavy demand and the fact that distribution of rooms in many hotels is limited, please book your accomodation as soon as possible!
All hotels are within reasonable walking distance to the conference center.
Registered Meeting participants can reserve hotel rooms directly through the 9th mGlu Meeting website.

The prices are done in Euros per room per night with bed and breakfast, services and V.A.T. included.
The city tax is not included in the rate.

How to make a hotel reservation

To make a hotel reservation, it is necessary to fill in the Online Hotel Accomodation Form.
All rates quoted are in EURO per room per night including breakfast and VAT.
City Tax and Extras are to be paid directly at the hotel reception before departure.

A one-night deposit is required to guarantee the reservation and must be paid at the moment of your online reservation. After the payment is received, your hotel reservation will be confirmed by e-mail.
The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the hotel upon check-out. An invoice for the entire amount will be given by the hotel.
Please, note that will be accepted only the reservation accompanied by remittance of the deposit for one night’s stay including the agency fee of EUR 20,00 per room

In case you share the room with another congress participant, it is possible for each participant / roommate to pay only half of the total hotel expenses. Please include this request as a note in your accomodation form.

Confirmation / Payment Receipt

A confirmation / payment receipt will be sent by email once the Organizing Secretariat has received the fully completed registration and hotel form and the related payment. Please bring this confirmation to the Meeting venue.


Notification of cancellation or change must be made in writing and sent to the organizing secretariat by email or by fax +39.0942.24251
Please do not contact the hotel directly for any reservation changes or cancellations.

Cancellation before June 15th, 2017: 100% REFUND (less bank fees and an administration fee of EUR 50)
Cancellation after June 15th, 2017 : NO REFUNDS
Cancellations after September 10th, 2017 and no show (failing to arrive at all) will be charged the total amount of the reservation
