Cancellation before June 15th, 2021 100% REFUND (less bank fees and an administration fee of EUR 50)
Cancellation after June 15th, 2021 NO REFUNDS (cancellations due to CODIV 19 will be partially guaranteed, or if we cannot organize the Meeting)
Cancellations after September 10th, 2021 and no show (failing to arrive at all) will be charged the total amount of the reservation
