The registration fee does not include the insurance of participants against personal accidents, sickness, theft or property damage.
HOW TO REGISTER
Only registrations submitted by website will be accepted. The registration fee is based on the date of the receipt of the registration and the payment in full in accordance with the deadlines mentioned above. Should one deadline be missed, the next applicable fee will be charged automatically. The registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment in full. Registration received without payment will not be processed.Each participant will receive electronic confirmation of their registration.

Payments can be made only in Euro1. credit card Visa, MasterCard, Carta SI are accepted. Credit cards are debited in EUR with an additional 1% Bank fee.

Confirmation / Payment Receipt
A confirmation / payment receipt will be sent by email once the Organizing Secretariat has received the fully completed registration form and the related payment.Please bring this confirmation to the Meeting venue.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Notification of cancellation or change must be made in writing and sent to the organizing secretariat by email info@mglu.it or by fax +39.0942.24251Cancellation before June 15th, 2021 100% REFUND (less bank fees and an administration fee of EUR 50)
Cancellation after June 15th, 2021 NO REFUNDS (cancellations due to CODIV 19 will be partially guaranteed, or if we cannot organize the Meeting)
Cancellations after September 10 th, 2021 and no show (failing to arrive at all) will be charged the total amount of the reservation
All approved refunds will be processed 60 days after the Meeting
